Formulated to improve flow and leveling at normal temperature
conditions by reducing the viscosity without significantly alerting
the quality of the coating being reduced. Use with 1-Shot Lettering
Enamels, Bulletin Colors, or most other oil based paints. Follow
thinning instructions for the coating being reduced.
