At Midwest Airbrush Supply Co, we want to ensure you have the right tools for your creative projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all needles, nozzles, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Midwest

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
